From Agency Expertise to AI Platform
Impala Services has been producing user manuals, translations, and product documentation for global brands since the early 2000s. Over two decades, the team identified a clear pattern: the compliance knowledge required for documentation — safety warnings, regulatory clauses, structural templates — was entirely repeatable.
No tool existed that combined this compliance expertise with AI automation at the level of specificity the work demanded. Generic writing assistants did not understand GPSR. Translation platforms did not preserve document structure. Nothing connected the two.
So the Impala team built it. Pergamon Labs was spun off as a dedicated software company, with four co-founders holding equal equity: Michael Keppe (CEO), Mario Sauke (CFO), Chris Kazala (COO), and Kamil Kazaa (CTO).
