Experimentation
- Began experimenting with AI chatbots and large language models across departments
- Identified high-impact use cases in documentation, translation, and quality control
- Formed the first internal AI working group to evaluate tools and workflows

Building the Framework
- Designed and built the AI Belt System®, a structured, five-level workforce readiness framework
- Appointed AI Champions in every team to drive adoption and collect feedback
- Launched company-wide prompt engineering training for all staff
