- Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, project samples and working materials.
- Break projects into doable milestones and set timeframes.
- Update project management system accordingly and on daily basis, including those from clients.
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management via RPS (Resource Planning Sheet).
- Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
- Monitor project progress, troubleshoot and handle any issues and blockers that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Report to the client and solve and follow up on issues raised by the client.
- Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Diploma or certificate in related discipline(s)
- Good command of Cantonese, English, and Putonghua (optional)
- Detail-minded, independent and self-motivated.
- Willing to learn and cope with fast pace working culture.
- Good team player, proactive with good passion and commitment.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Good project or order management skills with high efficiency.
