Project Coordinator
  • Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, project samples and working materials.
  • Break projects into doable milestones and set timeframes.
  • Update project management system accordingly and on daily basis, including those from clients.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management via RPS (Resource Planning Sheet).
  • Make sure that clients' needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Monitor project progress, troubleshoot and handle any issues and blockers that arise.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Report to the client and solve and follow up on issues raised by the client.

  • Requirements
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Diploma or certificate in related discipline(s)
  • Good command of Cantonese, English, and Putonghua (optional)
  • Detail-minded, independent and self-motivated.
  • Willing to learn and cope with fast pace working culture.
  • Good team player, proactive with good passion and commitment.
  • Good communication and organization skills.
  • Good project or order management skills with high efficiency.
