Michael serves on the German Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong's Board of Directors, where he directs the sustainability workgroup, and spearheads the AI education strategy. His strategic vision fosters partnerships that support technological innovation in retail, prioritizing sustainable and educated progress.

Mario Sauke,

CFO

Mario has substantial Quality Assurance and Control Management experience in the Technical Communication field. His strong sense of technical terminology and language makes him an extraordinary communication expert and a living Content Management System. He has been with Impala for more than 10 years and heads the company’s Project Management and Production team.

Chris Kazala,

COO

As the Head of Quality Assurance, Chris is responsible for steering the team to deliver exceptional quality to our customers. He has more than 13 years of experience in compliance management for global retailers and a special interest in regulatory frameworks around the world. His experience of working in a testing laboratory, buying office, and now at an agency, gives Chris a comprehensive understanding of the entire supply chain.
