Requirements
Proficient in structured authoring, able to craft, oversee, and repurpose structured content across diverse documents and publications.
Strategic insight for optimizing content architecture and instructional design to enhance documentation effectiveness and user management.
Proactive engagement with projects, demonstrating initiative and a solutions-driven approach.
Excellent command of English for seamless writing and communication with our collaborative team environment.
Preferred Educational Background
Degree in Technical Communication, Information Science/Management, Computer Science/Information Technology, or a related field focusing on Instructional Design or Educational Technology.
Responsibilities Include
Developing user-friendly content structures and templates, guided by principles of instructional design, to support technical writers in crafting manuals that are accessible, adhere to standards, and are easy for users to understand.
Employing structured authoring techniques and CCMS tools to facilitate content reuse and consistency across documentation.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets technical standards and instructional goals.
