3D Coordinator
  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership to the 3D team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for the 3D department, aligning them with the overall business objectives.
  • Project Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire portfolio of 3D projects, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources strategically.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their expectations and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all 3D deliverables meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize workflows and processes within the 3D department to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Budget Oversight: Work closely with financial teams to manage the budget for 3D projects, making decisions to ensure projects are financially viable.
  • Staff Development: Mentor and guide junior staff, providing opportunities for skill development and career growth.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks in 3D projects and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.
  • Innovation Promotion: Encourage and support the exploration of new technologies and techniques within the 3D department to stay at the forefront of industry trends.


  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a CG production house/ agency
  • Diploma or certificate in 3D or related disciplines or equivalent
  • Familiarity with industry-standard tools for project management and communication.
  • Able to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of long-term plans for the 3D department aligned with overall business goals.
  • Experience in client interaction, relationship building, and understanding client needs.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and provide high-level customer service.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and industry trends.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards for 3D deliverables and implementing quality control processes.
  • A commitment to staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in 3D design and animation.
  • Good PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and knowledge of 3D Software
  • Willing to work on-site (Ortigas, Pasig)
