Translation Project Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate project management activities, resources, project samples and working materials
  2.  Break projects into doable milestones and set timeframes
  3.  Update project management systems accordingly and on daily basis, including those from clients
  4.  Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  5.  Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management via RSP(resource planning    sheet)
  6.  Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
  7.  Monitor project progress, troubleshoot and handle any issues and blockers that arise
  8.  Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  9.  Report to the client and solve & follow up on issues raised by the client


  1. 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  2.  Diploma or certificate in related discipline(s)
  3.  Detail-minded, independent and self-motivated
  4.  Willing to learn and cope with fast pace working culture
  5.  Good team player, proactive with good passion and commitment
  6.  Good communication and organization skills
  7.  Good project or order management skills with high efficiency
  8.  Amenable to work on site (Ortigas, Pasig)
