Accounting Assistant


  1. Maintains the General Ledger and responsible in bookkeeping
  2. BIR Compliance and business permits
  3. Preparation of tax and statutory filing
  4. Responsible for payroll 
  5. Assist in accounting works including report preparation, data entry, handling payments and expenses
  6. Assist in audits, fact checks and resolve discrepancies
  7. Assist the Finance Manager for any related finance matter
  8. Assist in ad hoc assignment


  1. CPA and non-CPA are welcome
  2. Experience with XERO or any finance software.
  3. Must have a bachelor's degree in BS - Accountancy.
  4. Should have strong analytical and planning skills.
  5. Good communication and presentation skills.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills.
  7. Must have the ability to multitask
  8. Open for fresh graduate with understanding on above job description.
